The State of Arkansas will observe Veterans Day as an official state holiday on Friday, Nov. 10 (2023).
State Capitol offices and state buildings will be closed. However, the Secretary of State Elections Division will be open for candidate filing during normal business hours.
The State Capitol building will be open to the public from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.
