Nicole M. Decker, 42, of Blue eye, Missouri, was fatally injured when the motorcycle she was operating crashed Thursday afternoon in Carroll County, according to Arkansas State Police.
The crash happened at 4:03 p.m., May 9, on state Highway 23 at County Road 266 in Eureka Springs.
Decker was operating a 2006 Harley Davidson southbound on Highway 23. The motorcycle was negotiating a curve when it apparently went off the roadway, hit trees and came to rest facing south off the south side of County Road 266, says the report filed by Trooper Brandon A. Walker.
