Arrest by Public Integrity Unit in Lonoke County Investigation

LITTLE ROCK – Attorney General Tim Griffin today issued the following statement announcing the arrest of Nathan Michael Pruss, 40, of Romance, owner of Cabot-based Bruno’s Right Away, on one count of Theft of Property, a Class C Felony, in conjunction with a Lonoke County investigation by Griffin’s Public Integrity Unit:
“The accused surrendered himself today to Special Agents from my office’s Special Investigations Division. This arrest is the first in the matter of an alleged double payment to Pruss for mowing services performed for Lonoke County in June 2021.

“I congratulate my Public Integrity Unit for its diligence and thoroughness in compiling the evidence leading to this arrest. Our investigation into this matter continues.”
Pruss surrendered at the Lonoke County Sheriff’s Office and was released. His arraignment is scheduled for June 10.
