Posted

Rickie Heinen, 51, of Yellville, was arrested and charged Monday, Aug. 4, with a count of rape and 48 counts of second-degree sexual assault of a juvenile.
According to Marion County Sheriff Gregg Alexander, last June 26, a deputy was sent to a home on County Road 8096 in response to a reported verbal domestic dispute. While at the home, sexual assault allegations were made by a juvenile female. The minor said she has been in a sexual relationship for about the past four years with Heinen, her mother’s fiancé.
The next day, the victim was taken to Grandma’s House, a child advocacy center in Mountain Home, where she provided more details about the relationship in an interview with investigators.

Heinen was further interviewed Aug. 4, and admitted to investigators he had sexually assaulted the juvenile three to four times per week in the last year, but denied ever having sexual intercourse with her.
Heinen was then taken to the Marion County Detention Center where he is being held in lieu of a $75,000 bond.
Sheriff Alexander reported the investigation is ongoing and he anticipates more arrests in this case.
