Reminder: Mission Ozark Wellness coming to Jasper/Kingston July 16-25

The U.S. Department of Defense in partnership with the Northwest Arkansas Economic Development District presents Ozark Wellness Innovative Readiness Training (IRT) July 16-25. This is a clinic providing medical, dental, optical and veterinary care at no cost to the patient.
Clinics will be set up on the Jasper School campus and the Kingston School campus.
These services are offered on a first come, first serve basis - while supplies last.
These services include:
Medical: Health exams, sports physicals and behavioral health care.
Optometry: Eye exams and one pair single vision lens glasses.
Dental: Exams, cleanings, extractions and fillings.
Veterinary: Exams, spay/neuter vaccines. These services will be provided at the Jasper location only.
House of service at both locations:
July 16 - 1-5 p.m.
July 17 - 20 -8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

July 21 - 8 a.m.-12 p.m.
July 22-24 - 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
July 25 - 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Dental services limited July 25
Last patient must be checked in one hour before close was day.
No insurance or identification required.
Volunteers will be needed from the community to help with
transportation, parking/shuttle, intake, patient flow, and child care. If you or someone you know would like to help with this, please call 870-505-1846 or email: nc.communitymatters@gmail.com

Also, if you know someone who wants to come for services, but has no way to get there, they can call 870-266-6543 to arrange transportation.
