One last reminder that the Compton Community Day is today, Saturday, October 11, from noon until 4 p.m. at the Compton Community Building (the old Compton School). There will be food, music, games, raffle prizes, and a quilt raffle. The handcrafted wooden quilt block made and donated by Jeff and Paulette Jech will be raffled, as well. If you would like to purchase tickets for the raffle prizes, please see one of the CCA board members. They are Darlene Cullen, Karen Fancher, Paulette Jech, Christine Blackshear, and Latisha Cook.
