Roger Thomas DeLaHunt, 75, of Vendor, died at Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home, Tuesday, Sept. 1 (2020). Cremation arrangements are by Coffman Funeral Home. There will be a visitation Tuesday, Sept. 8, from 4-6 p.m., at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper.

The son of the late Rex and Mary Frances DeLaHunt was born in Whitehall, July 17, 1945. He served for 18 years in the Army Reserve where he received numerous honorable discharges. He also received an Achievement Certificate for sharp shooter in 1976 and the Army Commendation Award for July 1979-February 1982. He then worked in law enforcement 17 years and went on to retire from Wabash Wood Products.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Bill DeLaHunt, and sister, Margie DeLaHunt.

Roger is survived by his wife of 13 years, Pam DeLaHunt; his daughter, Lorie DeLaHunt; three stepsons, Donald Richardson, Larry Richardson and James Richardson; his step-daughter, Sonya; his sister, Betty Wilson, of Pine Bluff; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and many other relatives.
