Mary Lutz, 96, of Harrison, died Saturday, Dec. 5 (2020). Graveside service will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 10, at Maplewood Cemetery in Harrison. There will be no visitation.
Mary Catherine Lutz, 96, of Harrison, died at the Newton County Nursing Home in Jasper on Saturday, Dec. 5 (2020). Graveside service will be at 2 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 10, at Maplewood Cemetery in Harrison with Pastor Heath Kirkpatrick officiating. There will be no visitation. Arrangements under the direction of Coffman Funeral Home of Harrison.
Mary was born and raised in Elmore County, Alabama, the daughter of Houston and Emily Thornton.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Holden Lutz and her son, Joseph Lutz.
Survivors include two sons, James Lutz and Philip Lutz; six grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
