Jose Alberto Rodriguez, 64, of Everton, died at Harrison Health and Rehab on Wednesday, May 1 (2019). Graveside service is 10 a.m., Saturday, May 4, at Western Grove Cemetery, with Father Jim Fanrak officiating,
He was born April 13, 1955, in Ponce, Puerto Rico, the son of Jose E. and Sofia Rodriguez. Alberto was preceded in death by his father and his wife, Velma Dean (Boring) Rodriguez.
Alberto is survived by his mother, Sofia (Rodriguez) Rodriguez; the children he raised, David Valenzuela and Jamie Valenzuela; his sisters, Iwette Rodriguez and Lucy Rodriguez; his brother, Jose E. Rodriguez; his brother and sister-in-law, Jack and Josie Moomey; four additional children; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and a host of other family and friends.
