Jasper Lady Pirates headed to state

The Jasper Lady Pirate softball team has extended its season another week.
Jasper finished fourth in the Class 1A Region 1 Tournament. That qualified the team for a trip to the Class 1A State Softball Touranment.
The Lady Pirates will be in action on Thursday at 10 a.m. at Izard County High School in Brockwell.

Opposite Morrilton Sacred Heart, Jasper will be facing the No. 1 seed from the Class 1A Region 4.
If the Lady Pirates advance past the Lady Rebels, they will be in action on Friday at 10 a.m. Again, the game will be in Brockwell.
Izard County is sharing tournament host sights with Viola High School.
