The daughter of Noel and Gay Smith, Willadean was born in the Vendor area Jan. 13, 1934. She was blessed to grow up in a family who believed in God and a hard work ethic. She raised three children. Lutricia, Pam and Keith. Willadean continues to cherish her family as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren arrive.
