ENCWA under boil order

The East Newton County Water Association was placed under a boil water order by the Arkansas Department of Health at 10:32 a.m. Monday, Jan. 30.
The area affected is from Norton's Country Store going north on state Highway 123 and ending at the Buffalo river. The cause was a break in a main water line.
