An agreement has been reached in Boone County Circuit Court allowing Rocky Dodson to freely travel beyond the 14th Judicial District. Dodson's travel has been restricted while he awaited trial over the death of his wife, Amanda Dodson, in a case which has been ongoing since 2022.
Attorneys representing Rocky Dodson filed an “objection to good cause for nolle prosequi” last month. The objection followed a press conference given by Boone County sheriff Roy Martin and 14th Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney David Ethredge in which the men announced the state's intention to pursue nolle prosequi.
