Arkansas State Police has named Carlos A. Rauda, 46, of Long Beach, California, as the suspect killed in an officer-involved shooting on Thursday, January 11, 2024. Rauda fired on two ASP Troopers during a traffic stop at around 11 a.m. near the 161-mile marker on Interstate 40 in North Little Rock.
The Troopers and a North Little Rock Police officer on scene were not injured.
