Nora Faye (Davis) Plumlee, 94, of Nail, died Monday, March 21 (2016) at Newton County Nursing Home. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, March 22, at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper. Funeral is 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 23, at Coffman Funeral Home Chapel in Jasper with Rev. Stan Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in the Nail Cemetery.

She was born on April 15, 1921 in Limestone. She was the daughter of W.F. and Mary (Lane) Davis. She was a member of Lurton Assembly of God.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Verlus Plumlee; six brothers, Boyd, Lloyd, Floyd, Evert, Noel and Byrlen Davis; five sisters, Emma, Erie Smith, Artie Lazarus, twin sister, Dora and Viven Taylor.
She is survived by a host of loving nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Nora's nephews.
