Robert Leo Berdine Jr., 50, of Harrison, died Monday, Jan. 7 (2013). Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 12, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home, with Mike Moore officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Memorials may be made to the family, Robert L. Berdine Jr. Estate, P.O. Box 100, Harrison, AR 72602.
The son of Robert L. Berdine Sr. and Sandra Hall Berdine was born May 22, 1962, at Claridon Township, Ohio. Robert was a lifelong mechanic and truck driver. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and anything outdoors, including getting his family and friends together on the boat and enjoying the water. He was also known to go fire up his bull dozer and drive it around the property.
He was preceded in death by his father; brother, Joseph Dennis Krejci; and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
He is survived by daughters, Holly Spinks and husband, Zonald, of Tampa, Fla., Lori Babb and husband, Jonathan, of Lowell, and Misty Harris and husband, Aaron, of Marble Falls; mother, Sandra Hall, of Andover, Ohio; sisters, Becky Coder and husband, John, of Andover, Ohio, Sonnie Berdine, of Seminole, Fla., Bari Carter, of Largo, Fla., and Kelly Hardy and husband, Shon, of Harrison; brothers, Dennis Berdine and wife, Andrea, of Hollister, Mo., and Steven Krejci, of Clearwater, Fla.; and seven grandchildren, Evan Spinks, Kaylee, Alyssa, Mary, Bella and Madison Babb, and Kodi Harris.
Pallbearers will be Jerry Curtis, Terry Caddell, Roy Baggett, Ted Carter, Kyle Sharp, and Bob Barlow.
Honorary pallbearers will be Richard Hammond, JB Alexander, Mike Moore, Danny Davidson, Mike Dorrough, and Mike Fitzpatrick.
