HARRISON — Fifteen teams put up points in the Rosson Track Meet held in Harrison on Thursday.
The Kingston Yellow Jackets scored points in the event that featured teams from two states.
Harrison won their own meet, the team finished with 178 points while Marshall was second in the event with 130 points.
Flippin and neighbor Yellville-Summit was third and fourth with 78 and 66 points each.
Green Forest recorded a fifth place finish with 66 points.
Huntsville was sixth in the meet with 29 points. They were just ahead of Lead Hill, who had 27. Branson, Mo. had 26 for eighth place. Timbo finished with 25 points and Rural Special had 17 which incuded 10 from their one event victory.
Omaha had 15 points and Valley Springs was 12th with eight points. Cottor had six pointa and Harrison’s Jayvee squad finished with five points.
Harrison won 10 events on the evening with Marshall winning six.
Yellville-Summit and Rural Special picked up a victory each.
The Kingston Yellow Jackets completed the event with two points. They finished 15th in the team standings.
Owen Luneau recorded the finish for the Yellow Jackets. He was seventh in the High Jump. He had a leap of 5-4.
