Win a quilt and fight cancer, too

The Newton County Cancer Support Group announces its annual spring fundraiser. It will be awarding a quilt again this year. The quilt will be on display at Anstaff Bank during April and May.
This quilt is a beautiful Nine Patch pattern to fit full or queen sized beds. It is in all shades of purple colored solids and prints. The quilt is reversible with purple colored backing, too. So you get to have two different looks.
Tickets are $1 each or 6 for $5. Proceeds go to help people in Newton County with cancer - for transportation to and from treatments, doctor's appointments and diagnostics.

The quilt was made by Susan McSweeney and Rhonda Waters during the Newton County Library's social crafting class offered every other Thursday from 1-3 p.m.
Come see the 2025 “ Spring into Spring" fundraiser quilt at Anstaff Bank starting April 1 through May 31. Tellers inside will have tickets. Drawing will be June 2. The winner will be notified.
