Steel Creek Area closed for water line construction
Since last Aug. 12, Buffalo National River's Steel Creek Area has been closed for the replacement of the water line. This includes the Steel Creek campground and river access. Trails that lead to the area remain open. The work is projected to last up to Sept. 20.
