State tourism director to keynote annual chamber membership meeting

The Newton County Chamber of Commerce has announced its Annual Meeting, presented by J3 at The Gap, will be held on Thursday, Nov. 14, at 6 p.m. at RiverWind Lodge. The event will feature Delaney Thomas, director of Arkansas Tourism, as the keynote speaker.
