Newton County Animal Welfare has set the first two dates for Spay Neuter Clinics in Newton County.
• March 28, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. at the American Legion in Jasper.
• April 25, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. at the American Legion in Jasper.
