The Newton County Senior Activity and Wellness Center in Jasper will have a yard sale from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. The center is accepting donations of new or gently used items.
Meals at the center are served Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. - 12 p.m. A $4 donation is appreciated from clients. No age limit and carry-outs cost $8.60 per meal. All meals include 8 ounces of 2% milk.

Thursday - Chicken club sandwich, onion rings, seamed vegetable sticks and chocolate bar.
Friday - Beef with roasted vegetables, rissole potatoes, dinner roll and apricot parfait.
Monday - Closed for Memorial Day.
Tuesday -Crispy chicken salad, marinated cucumber salad, dinner roll and strawberry dessert bar.
Wednesday - Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, broccoli, roll and Mandarin oranges.
