The Newton County Senior Activity and Wellness Center in Jasper will be closed Monday, Jan. 20, in observance of the Martin Luther King, Jr., national holiday.
Daily meals, Monday through Friday, are served from 11:30 a.m. to noon. A $4 donation is appreciated. No age limit and carry-outs cost $8.60. All meals include 8 ounces of 2% milk.

Thursday: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower, wheat roll and fruit parfait.
Friday: Tangy ranch chicken, au gratin potatoes, seasoned carrots, wheat roll and cinnamon apples.
Monday - Closed.
Tuesday - Tater tot casserole, green peas, wheat roll and vanilla pudding.
Wednesday: Pot roast, mashed potatoes, carrots and celery, wheat roll and strawberry angel cake.
