Marion L. Brisco, age 88, of Harrison, passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, March 2, 2021.  He was a member of Church180 and is now at home with the Lord.  The son of Asberry and Fanny (Reavis) Brisco, he was born on March 12, 1932 at Cecil Cove. He was preceded in death by his parents; his sisters, Thelma Gladwell, Elvie Sims, Verna Carpenter, and Bessie Barton; and his brothers, Earl Brisco and Herb Bisco.

Marion spent several years in Oregon working in timber. He enjoyed playing the guitar with friends and loved his cattle and farm life.  Marion was a bowler as well as competed in horseshoes with his sons and has earned many trophies.  He had spent many hours working with his sons at Brisco Woodworking.

Marion is survived by his loving wife of 66 years, Nina (Carter) Brisco; his sister, Imogene Chester, of Coos Bay, Oregon; his sons and daughters-in-law, Ronnie and Kathy Brisco, Rick and Cathy Brisco, and Mason and Karla Brisco, all of Harrison.  He is also survived by his granddaughters, Brittany Brisco and Blake Seals, Tiffany Brisco, Kerri and Joseph Mahler, and Jessica and Aaron Abernathy; three great-granddaughters; many nieces and nephews; and a host of friends.

Visitation is 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Thursday, March 4, 2021, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home.

Funeral service is 10:00 AM, Friday, March 5, 2021, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home, with Pastor and son, Rick Brisco and Bro. Billy Edgar officiating.

Interment is in Plumlee Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Doug Brisco, Marvin Sims, Brent Shatwell, Stacey Burge, Joey Shelton, and Aaron Abernathy.

Honorary pallbearers are Jake Walker, John Murst, Paul Scroggins, the men and women of Brisco Woodworking, and Steve Sims.
