Harrison Police say a 51-year-old Harrison man was arrested Friday night for allegedly shooting at a moving car and hitting one woman in the leg.
A police report shows Mark S. Belleville, 51, faces charges from the Friday night incident on state Highway 7 North.
According to Harrison Assistant Police Chief J.R. Cagle, a man and woman, ages 64 and 63 respectively, told police they were driving on Highway 7 just before 8 p.m. Friday when they pulled onto a driveway in order to get some debris out of the roadway.
They said Belleville came out of the house and started yelling at them, which spurred an argument.

The man said that as he was leaving, Belleville began shooting a gun at them with one projectile hitting the woman in the right leg. The report said she was taken to a Springfield, Missouri, hospital for treatment.
Belleville was arrested at his residence and faces charges of first-degree battery, terroristic act, attempted murder and felon in possession of a firearm with bond set at $250,000, Cagle said.
He also said Belleville exercised his constitutional right to not make any statement without a lawyer present.
Records show Belleville was still being held Monday in the Boone County Jail.
