NORMAN, Okla. — Another round of postseason awards has been released, and once more the 2021 National Champion Arkansas Tech men's golf team is well-represented! This time, the Wonder Boys are represented on the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) 2021 NCAA Division II PING All-America Teams, which were released on Friday.
In that release, four Wonder Boy golfers: Andre Jacobs (Third Team), Santiago De La Fuente (HM), Austin Gean (HM) and Francois Jacobs (HM), earned All-America honors. The four honorees by the Wonder Boys tied with UIndy for the most of any team in the country.
The All-America honor is the first for true freshmen De La Fuente, who was also named to national All-Freshman Team by the GCAA.

Meanwhile, Gean and the Jacobs brothers have all earned the honor previously in their careers.
Gean is now a three-time All-American with his first coming as a member of the Third Team in 2018 and as an Honorable Mention selection in 2019. Andre Jacobs, who was on this year's Third Team was an Honorable Mention selection last year in the shortened season. Francois Jacobs is also a two-time All-American as well landing on the Third Team in the shortened 2020 season and then on the Honorable Mention list this season.
