Help keep the stories of the past alive by volunteering at the Nars Cemetery. From Monday, May 17 – May 20, Buffalo National River will be leading a volunteer effort to clean-up the historic Nars Cemetery. The Nars Cemetery, near Woolum, is a historical treasure with headstones dating back to the mid-1800s.
Volunteers in groups of 10 max will work in 3 hour morning and afternoon shifts to help install new fencing and clean up brush to restore the cemetery to its former glory.
