William Franklin "Frank" Wallace, 87 of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, died at home on Saturday, June 29, (2019). A Celebration of Life Dinner for family and friends to remember Frank at the home of James and Kay Heffley is set for Saturday, Aug. 3, at 1 p.m.
William Franklin "Frank" Wallace, 87 of Excelsior Springs, Missouri, died at home on Saturday, June 29, (2019). A Celebration of Life Dinner for family and friends to remember Frank at the home of James and Kay Heffley is set for Saturday, Aug. 3, at 1 p.m. Bring a covered dish and maybe a story to celebrate the life of a wonderful dad, grandfather and friend.
Frank was born in Clinton, Missouri, on March 22, 1932. His parents are the late Ed and Elsie Wallace. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Robert, Ira, and Donald; three sisters, Virginia Hiatt, Catherine Allred and Rosemary Allred; his step-son Clark Prock; a great-great-granddaughter and his first wife Revona Lou Hedrick Wallace.
Frank is survived by his wife of 51 years Velma Wallace and his step-daughter Kimberly Prock, of Excelsior Springs, Missouri; a daughter Kay Heffley, of Pelsor; three sons, Steve Wallace, of Grandview, Missouri, Eddie Wallace, of Carthage, Missouri and Richard Wallace; 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
