Nina Gene Campbell, 73, of Jasper, died at the Newton County Nursing Home in Jasper on Thursday, Feb. 6 (2020). Visitation will be 1-3 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 9, at Coffman Funeral Home in Jasper. Funeral is 2 p.m., Monday, Feb. 10, at Log Hall Church in Vendor with Pastor David Faught officiating. Burial will follow in Smith Cemetery.

The daughter of the late Jay and Daisy (Riddle) Campbell was born in Vendor Feb. 19, 1946.
She is preceded in death by her brothers, Roy, Elmer, Howard, Johnny, Kenneth, Charles, and Leonard Campbell and her sisters, Leanne Dotson, Sue Gunter, Georgie Hoppis, Patricia Campbell and Mary Jane Campbell.
She is survived by her sons, Dalea Royce, of Hasty and Allen Flippo, of Vendor; her brothers, Nolan Campbell, of Jasper and Zelmer Campbell, of Mt. Judea; her sister, Earlene Watson, of Nail; four grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Dustin Flippo, Trenton Royce, Jason Campbell, Roy "Punk" Campbell, Sasha Flippo, and Sheila Flippo.
Honorary pallbearers are Joe Wayne Campbell, Clifford Campbell, Larry Ray Richardson, Devon Campbell, and the staff of Newton County Nursing Home.
