Frances Helene Sims, 92, of Compton, died at Forsyth Nursing Home, Thursday, Jan. 24 (2019). Graveside funeral will be at 2 p.m., Monday, Jan. 28, at Plumlee Cemetery with Pastor Billy Rogers officiating. There will be an open visitation from 8 a.m. to noon Monday, prior to the service, at Coffman Funeral Home in Harrison.

She was born in Osage on May 25, 1926, to the late Jess and Nora Phillips. Frances married Floyd Sims, of Compton, Jan. 18, 1946.
She was preceded in death by her husband and three sons.
Survivors include three daughters, Helen Bealert, of Novato, California, Teresa Lingerfelt, of Springfield, Missouri and Gloria Carr, of Branson, Missouri; six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren
Pallbearers are family and friends.
