Doyle David Farmer, 79, of Harrison, died at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center in Harrison on Wednesday, May 29 (2019). Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, May 31, at Crossroads Cemetery in Deer. Visitation will be held at the cemetery one hour before services, beginning at 1p.m. Arrangements are under the direction of Coffman Funeral Home of Harrison.
The son of the late Columbus Farmer and Bonnie (Holt) Pritchett was born at Red Rock on Aug. 22, 1939. He lived in Newton and Boone County most of his life. He worked at Claridge Products for over 30 years and was a farmer.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Preston and Carl Farmer.
Doyle is survived by his daughters, Marie Middleton, of Vendor and Janet Burdine, of Harrison; his twin brother, Dale Farmer, of Jasper and a sister, Clema Jean Davis, of Rogers; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
