Donnia Sue Smith, 77, died at her home on Friday, June 21 (2019). Visitation is Sunday, June 23, at Holt Memorial Chapel from 2-4 p.m. Funeral is 10 a.m., Monday, June 24, at the Mt. Judea Church of Christ with Rev. Rex Middleton officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Judea Cemetery.

She was born at the head of Big Creek on Jan. 20, 1942, the youngest child of Arnold Holt and Agnes Marie Carter Holt.
Donnia Sue was preceded in death by her parents, husband Buster, sister Nina Lou Blan, and brother and sister-in-law Arnold Holt, Jr. and Carol.
She is survived by her daughters, Starlinda Sanders, of Western Grove, Twilla Cook, of Mt. Judea, Sheila James, of Harrison; a son, Scottie Smith, of Mt. Judea.; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Pallbearers are Ricky Smith, Roger Smith, Shawn Smith, Danny Smith, Greg Holt, and Billy Cheatham.
Honorary pallbearers include her cousin, Murl Bryant and all her nephews, nieces, and grandchildren.
