Betty Jane Church, 88, of Ovilla, Texas, died at her home on Monday, Jan. 20 (2020). Funeral is at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 22, at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Harrison. Burial will follow at Union Hill Cemetery near Parthenon. Arrangements by Coffman Funeral Home.

She was born at Harrison on May 15, 1931. Her parents are the late Nathan Wilburn Willis and Gladys Vesta (Carlton) Willis of Newton County.
She and her late husband Glyn, lived in Batavia for 42 years before moving to Texas. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, where her husband was also a bishop.
She was preceded in death by her husband Glyn Church; her son, Wayne McCutcheon, and her siblings, Georgana Sanford, Arvie Tharp and Jack Willis, Sr.
Betty is survived by her grandchildren and their spouses, Jeremy and Amanda McCutcheon, Brian and Rachel McCutcheon and Laura and Brian Bell; 13 great grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives.
