Playful Exploriations in Wellness, 4 p.m., Tuesdays.

Therapeutic Yoga at 3:45 p.m., Wednesdays.

Attitude for Gratitude, at 4 p.m., Thursdays.

Playful Explorations in Wellness with Meg Mauro is an inquiry into three areas of wellness: fundamental, mutual and personal. Experience guided meditation exercises for your mind and body and share what gets in the way of your experience of wellness.

Cultivate an Attitude of Gratitude is training in stress reduction with Ken Davidson focusing on the informal sharing on the happiness of others and exploring ways to show kindness.

There will be CPR, first aid and AED training with Tina James at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 28. Contact the library to make reservations. Also sign up to take a free Stop the Bleed training at 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 19.

Come together to make a community quilt. Guided by Susan McSweeney, participants will create blocks using fabric, crayons or markers. The quilt will be used as a fundraiser for the library and the Newton County Cancer Support Group.
