JASPER — The annual Jasper Christmas Parade, sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Jasper, was held Thursday night, Dec. 13. Grand marshals this year were Karen Gabbard and her daughter Amanda Waters. “We are honored to be asked to lead this year’s parade in his honor,” Gabbard said.
Gabbard handed down her father’s red and white suit to this year’s parade Santa.
