Arkansas State University- Mountain Home seeks applicants for a full-time 12-month Clinical Nurse Coordinator.
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator is a pivotal role funded through the ALIGN (Arkansas Linking Industry to Growing Nurses) grant for a two-year term. This position is responsible for the efficient scheduling and coordinator of clinical rotations, overseeing research initiatives to expand LPN admission capacity, and enhancing simulation skills. The Clinical Nurse Coordinator also plays a key role in student support and serves as a liaison between ASUMH and Baxter Health, ensuring smooth operations and communication. Minimum requirements include a current LPN license in the state of Arkansas, three years of clinical nursing experience with experience in nursing education or administration preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in using education technology and simulation tools.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage complex schedules and logistics.
Commitment to student success and fostering a supportive learning environment.
Experience with research and data analysis is a plus.

Compensation includes an annual salary commensurate with background and experience, and a comprehensive benefits and leave package.
