LITTLE ROCK – On December 11, the Arkansas Public Service Commission (APSC) held a hearing to discuss the propagation of rules regarding wind energy in reference to Act 945. Representatives from several energy companies and concerned citizens from many counties were heard by APSC managing attorney Justin Craig, who was serving as the administrative law judge for the docket. The commission has until January 1, 2026, to solidify any rule changes to the act.
