The Single Parent Scholarship Fund will be selling slices of pie during the Buffalo River Elk Festival June 29 from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. in the Newton County Senior Activity and Wellness Center. Pie slices cost $4 each. Add a scoop of ice cream for $1. Water and soda will be available at $1 each.
You can also support singleton's Parent Scholarship Fund by donating a pie. Drop them off at the center from 10-11 a.m.
Funds raised will be split between single Parent Scholarship and Newton County Senior Center.
