Matthew Hobbs, 19, of Marshall, was fatally injured in a two-vehicle crash that happened in rural Carroll County at 12:48 a.m., Monday, March 31, according to Arkansas State Police.
Two other people were injured.
Hobbs was driving a 2009 Toyota Scion eastbound on US 412.
Yancey Dimmett, 32, of London, was the driver of a RAM 1500 westbound on the highway near County Road 945.
According to the report filed by Trooper Britni Binam, the two vehicles collided head-on. The road was dry and the weather was clear.
The injured, including Hobbs; a passenger, Eli Roberts, 19, of Marshall and Dimmett, were taken to separate hospitals, Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville and Cox in Springfield, Missouri. The body was held at Washington Regional, according to the report.
