The Newton County Homecoming Shindig is coming to the Newton County Fairgrounds, Saturday, Sept. 30, beginning at 10 a.m. Parking will be $2 per car.
This is the second year for the event.
There will be food, games, vendors and demonstrations as well as musical entertainment by such acts as: Pam Setser Band, Southern Strings, Fair to Middling' and the Carousel Orchestra.
