YELLVILLE — On Monday, May 12, Arkansas State Police (ASP) Criminal Investigation Division (CID) Special Agents arrested Douglas E. Starkey, 66, of Yellville, on charges of felony Theft of Property and Abuse of Office.
This arrest followed an investigation initiated by a request from the 14th Judicial Prosecutor's Office regarding missing funds at the Marion County Regional Airport.
