The Friends of the Library's September silent auction items are ready for bids! This auction ends September 30. Stop by the library, sign up for your bidder card, and see the auction items. $1 minimum opening bid. $0.50 minimum bid raise. Auctions start on the first business day of the month and end on the last business day of the month. September auction items are (1) The Great Big Treasury of Beatrix Potter, (2) The Woodcarvers Guide--How to Carve a Woodspirit in a Hiking Stick by Skylar Johnson, and (3) Vaquero: Genesis of the Texas Cowboy: A Photographic Essay by William D. Wittliff. Proceeds help the FOL support projects, programs, and services that are outside of the Library's budget.
