James Andrew Tillery, 68, of Yellville, was fatally injured in a motor vehicle crash that happened at 8:29 p.m., Sunday, March 23, according to Arkansas State Police.The crash took place on Marion County Road 2059 at Yellville.
Tillery was the operator of a 1997 Chevrolet Blazer headed east when apparently the vehicle left the roadway and struck a ditch, according to the report filed by Trooper Robert M. Sanford. The body was being held at the Marion County Coroner's Office.
The report noted the weather was clear and the road was dry at the time of the crash.
