The Jasper Pioneers Extension Homemakers Club took a field trip in lieu of conducting its regular monthly meeting. On May 12, the members and two guests visited the lavender farm at Auxarc Botanicals in Compton.
Members recorded 93 volunteer hours of service in May.
The next meeting will be held July 10.
