The Compton Community Association has held two sales at the Compton Community building and now there will be Bargain Day on a wide variety of leftover items on Saturday, Oct. 28, from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. The sale is indoors so it will be held rain or shine.
Booth space reservations were by donation with all proceeds going towards continued maintenance and operation of the 100-year-old former school building. The school bell still rings true.
The community center is available to rent for private events. Contact the Community Association.
