He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Lela Jutuan Robinson and Glenn H. Maxwell.
He is survived by his parents, John B. Smith Sr. and Shawndra Russell Smith of Clarksville; two brothers, Johnny B. Smith Jr. and Christopher D. Smith, of Clarksville; a sister, Amanda Hodges of Harmony Grove; grandparents, Jimmy and Mary Sue Smith of Clarksville; and his nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Sckid Hodges, Skyler Pratt, Chance Macleod, Tyrone Rice, Gregory Holman, Jeremy Wood, Jarret Perren, and Kenny Holland.
