Holley Downs, 50, of Harrison, died Monday, Feb. 22 (2016) at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center. Visitation is Wednesday, Feb. 24, from 12 - 2 p.m. followed by a funeral ceremony at 2 p.m. both at Holt Memorial Chapel.
Holley was born on Feb. 25, 1959 at Gary, Ind. She was of the Pentecostal faith.
She was preceded in death by a son, Shannon Middleton, and a sister, Penny.
Survivors include two daughters, Tracy Riggins, and Christy Campbell (Michael Hutton); six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
