Elsie Kay Wasmer, 73 of Peculiar, Mo., died Monday, March 21 (2016) in Kansas City, Mo. Services are Saturday, March 26, at 10 a.m. at the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel in Harrison. Burial will follow at Crawford Cemetery at Everton. Visitation will be held Friday from 6-8:0p.m. at the funeral home.
The daughter of Walter and Jean (Pazdior) Ruhwedel was born on Nov. 25, 1942 in Chicago, Ill.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald Wasmer of the home; her children, Jan Hiestand of Blue Springs, Mo., Rhonda Mossman of Forest Lake, Minn., Ron Wasmer of Richmond, Mo., Michelle Pack of Peculiar, Mo. and Nancy Hill of Raymore, Mo.; two brothers, Gale Ruhwedel of Western Grove, and Dale Ruhwedel of Harrison; several grandchildren, many relatives and friends.
Pallbearers are Chad Wasmer, Bret Wasmer, James Pack, Tyler Hill, Zach Hill and Luke Hill.
The honorary pallbearer is Joseph Pack.
