To shed light on one of these individuals’ stories, The Times sat down with Harrison resident Donald Dillwith, a 96-year-old Korean War veteran and Bronze Star recipient. more

VENDOR — Newton County Sheriff Glenn Wheeler said that on Nov. 3, a family noticed a 2009 Honda ATV had been stolen from their residence in the Vendor area. Based on law enforcement's knowledge of other residents in the area and tips from multiple citizens, a Newton County Investigator drove past the Ryan Leslie Campbell residence and observed an ATV matching the description sitting near the house. more
